Your personal and contact information is the first thing employer will read and it will shape his first impression about your self-presentation. This information should be accurate and up to date.  Your contact details are very important, this is the way you should be reachable. E-mail address that you do not check can be misleading and will not help to get a new job. It is similar with the telephone number which should be reachable, too. 

 

The type of stay (status in the Czech Republic) is also important to mention, if you can work without a work permit - specify this in your CV.
